Omonigho Otanocha teaches at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Nigeria. He is an Associate of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course.

Omonigho Otanocha is passionate about research innovation in collaboration with industry, youth empowerment through education and competency training, and sustainable enterprise development. His skills and interests are in Sustainable Energy Systems and Solutions, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Sustainable Production Systems, Computer-Aided Design/Manufacture, Re-manufacture, Mechanical Design/Modeling, Artificial Intelligence, Product, and Enterprise Development. He mentors students and youth to lead a life of integrity and show leadership in their respective spheres of life.

He pursued his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
