Dhruv Saxena, an Assistant Professor, School of Design, focuses his research in speculative and critical schools of thought through the discourse of design, besides design futures and design led activism. He has been an active member of the growing community of teachers and researchers working in these pathways of design.

At Anant Dhruv strives to contribute to curricular, pedagogical and cultural innovations at interaction design.

Before joining Anant, Dhruv was a visiting faculty and full-time staff at various institutes including Central Saint Martins, National Institute of Design, JK Lakshmipat University, Pearl Academy and Indian Institute of Crafts and Design. Dhruv is also the co-founder of A4.Achaar, a design research and immersive arts collective. Over the years, Dhruv has worked with cultural organisations such as Swiss Arts Council Prohelvetia, Khoj International Artists’ Association, London Design Bienalle, Goethe Institute and WIP labs.

Outside work, Dhruv is acutely interested in playing, singing and listening to music. He loves animals and can be found feeding dogs every evening.
