With expertise spanning digital marketing, admissions funnel optimisation and external relations, Ashish has consistently delivered measurable outcomes, achieving exponential growth in leads, applications and enrollments. His approach blends data-driven strategies with empathetic stakeholder engagement, making him a trusted leader in higher education marketing and outreach.
At Anant, Ashish is leading end-to-end strategies for student recruitment, outreach and the University’s visibility. He drives initiatives that position Anant as a preferred choice among aspiring learners, while also forging meaningful connections with schools, colleges and other institutes. His role spans overseeing admissions processes, creating impactful engagement programmes and ensuring alignment between institutional goals and student aspirations.
Ashish holds an MBA from Punjab University’s University Business School (UBS), Chandigarh, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He has also pursued specialised certifications, including Generative AI Mastermind, Digital Marketing Master and Global Career Counsellor, strengthening his expertise in both strategic marketing and student career enablement.
Before joining Anant, Ashish held senior leadership roles at NAMTECH (an AM/NS India initiative), Chandigarh University, BML Munjal University, Bennett University and UPES. Across these institutions, he has built marketing and outreach functions from the ground up, scaled student recruitment pipelines and contributed significantly to institutional growth.

He also dedicates his time to raising awareness and building support systems for families dealing with hearing and congenital conditions.
