Vishal Bipin Shah, Director of Career Services Office, has over two decades of experience in the fields of education, hospitality and FMCG. His expertise lies in setting up products, leading brands, managing corporate relationships and building core operational strategies. He has launched seven hotels across the country and has been part of the initial team that established career services at Ahmedabad University.

At Anant, Vishal is focused on strengthening the career services ecosystem by integrating early student engagement, industry outreach and collaboration, data-driven processes and structured career preparedness programmes. His work supports students’ employability, higher education pathways and entrepreneurial aspirations.

Vishal holds an MBA and a BBA in Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He has also earned a certificate in Hospitality Management and IATA/UFTAA from Malaysia. Additionally, he is a certified International Career Coach (Foundation Level 1) from Career Development Alliance, USA. He is an active member of various professional bodies and associations and is a recipient of the prestigious Accor India Sales and Marketing Leader Award.

Before joining Anant, Vishal was associated with Ahmedabad University as Associate Director, Career Development Centre, where he led career services for three schools. His prior leadership roles include senior positions with leading international hotel chains such as Hilton Worldwide, ITC Hotels, Accor Hotels and Sarovar Hotels, as well as FMCG brands like Pidilite.

Outside of his professional role, Vishal is passionate about cooking and learning astro-vaastu and is certified at the foundation level. He is a basketball player, socially active and enjoys meeting people, engaging in meaningful conversations and learning from diverse perspectives.
