At Anant, Srikanta strives to cultivate a rigorous yet inclusive studio culture where students can engage deeply with both traditional printmaking techniques and contemporary artistic practices. His work emphasises creating a bridge between local craft traditions and global art discourses, encouraging students to explore their own cultural contexts while situating their practice within a broader international framework.

Beyond his academic work, Srikanta Paul is deeply engaged in community-based art and social initiatives, collaborating with traditional artisans to preserve and reinterpret indigenous practices.
