Rajiv Dubey carries two and a half decade long experience in multiple industries including higher education, information technology, consulting, training and development, HR, quality, and administration. He is a postgraduate in Industrial Psychology from the University of Delhi, and holds a PGDPMIR from RIMC, Mumbai. Mr Dubey carries expertise in providing effective leadership to the business for implementation of business strategies in-line with its requirements, including managing the full range of HR services to support the overall strategy of the company. He has contributed towards strategic business initiatives, best practices, organisational enhancement, project management, communications, and other organisational consulting functions apart from managing HR operations. He possesses sound knowledge and hands-on exposure of various psychometric/ development assessment tools for recruitment and other related purposes such as MBTI,16PF, FIRO-B, OPQ and more. Previously, Mr Dubey has worked with Hero, Dalmiya, Jindal, Jainson and Niclson, and JK group among others.
