The fifth edition of the idea contest

Aarambh Incubation Centre is back with the fifth edition of the idea contest!

All design enthusiasts who thrive on the spirit of innovation are encouraged to apply for the contest. The last four editions of the contest concluded on a successful note, with approximately 350 entries received, 69 ideas supported, and 126 IPs filed. In this edition, we aim to support more innovative ideas.

  • Anant students across all disciplines & alumni, faculty members and staff.
  • Any individual in Gujarat below 35 years of age, including school students.

You can take part either as a group or as a solo participant.

  • Grant money up to INR 2.5 lakhs
  • Mentorship from academic and industry experts
  • Support for PoC, Prototype and IPR-related matters
  • Register for the contest by clicking on the ‘Apply Now ‘ button above
  • A committee, appointed by the centre, will scrutinise the form
  • Selected ideas will be invited for presentation
  • Selected presentations will be supported at Anant’s Aarambh Incubation Centre under the mentorship of an expert

Projects will be chosen based on innovation potential, impact, quality and efficiency of the implementation.

Aarambh is the official incubation centre of the Anant National University. The centre’s vision is to be the most preferred destination for students/ budding entrepreneurs to use Design Thinking for solving societal problems with a long-term impact.
