About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across multiple functions, including recruitment, HR operations, and compliance. As and if required

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Recruitment Support
 

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with prospective candidates.

Administrative Assistance
 

  • Provide support in routine HR operations and documentation, including participation in internal audits and record management if required be

Cross-Departmental Coordination
 

  • Collaborate with various departments to support and execute HR-led initiatives and university-wide events such as training programs, cultural events, and employee engagement activities.

HR Project Involvement
 

  • Contribute to planning and execution of HR training sessions, workshops, and other departmental events.

Confidentiality & Compliance
 

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and institutional data, adhering to HR policies and guidelines in handling sensitive information.

Key Skills

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people processes.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn HR systems and tools.
