About (Department)

The Office of Administration ensures a supportive and well-functioning environment for employees, students, and stakeholders. Its key functions include administrative support, office supplies management, travel and stay arrangements, facility and hostel management, building maintenance, and coordination of events, workshops, and juries.

Required Education Qualification and Years of Experience

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in MIS

3–5 years of experience in the relevant sector

Prior experience in managing and maintaining MIS will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

    Document Control & Management
     

  • Create, store, and share all Administration documents, making sure they are correct, easy to find, and follow university rules.
  • Check that every document is complete, correct, and meets the required standards.
  • Keep documents safe in both electronic and paper form, and make sure authorized people can access them quickly when needed.
  • Keep track of document changes and updates, ensuring that only the latest approved version is used.
  • Assist the CAO in daily tasks as and when requested and suggested.
  • Maintain the calendar and schedule meetings on behalf of the CAO.
  • Assist in organizing university events and official programmes as and when needed.
  • Billing & Reporting
     

  • Prepare and share monthly MIS reports on billing with the concerned department.
  • Review and verify billing documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
