Anant National University, in collaboration with Alanya University, is organising the 7th International Conference of Contemporary Affairs in Architecture and Urbanism, ICCAUA2024. The conference will feature in-person sessions at Alanya University and online sessions hosted mutually by Anant National University. It will bring together all the theories, manifestos, and methodologies on contemporary architecture and urban spaces to raise the understanding of the future of architecture and urban planning. The event aims to bridge theory and practice in the built environment by reporting on the latest research findings, innovative approaches, and methodologies for creating, assessing, and understanding contemporary built environments.
The conference’s scope includes peer-reviewed original research articles, case and technical reports, reviews and analyses, papers, short communications, and notes to the editor.
Scholars, practitioners, professionals, researchers, and policymakers across disciplines, such as Arts, Architecture, Landscape, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning and Urban Design, interested in architecture and urban design are encouraged to share their research. Research of the highest quality and impact will also be published.

Selected papers after a successful peer-review process will be recommended for publication in the following journals
Participants can submit their abstract to “iccaua2024.conference@anu.edu.in” (.doc or .docx file format). All abstracts submitted to the conference undergo a blind review process by two anonymous reviewers chosen from the conference’s scientific review board. The field coordinators will seek reviewers’ feedback before considering submission for acceptance and e-mail the participant with a decision.
Word count: 150 words.
Download the given Abstract Template and follow the format carefully. Abstracts not applying the correct format will be rejected.
The primary language of the conference is English. American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of them.
We encourage you to send an informative abstract (summary of the paper), including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
Please submit before the submission deadline to be eligible for Early Bird rates to reserve your seats for the conference.

Participants can share their abstracts based on the above-mentioned requirements. We will assign a manuscript ID to it and inform you within a week. Use the ID for future communication.
We will send communication on paper acceptance or rejection with reviewer comments. If the abstract requires revision, share the modified version within a week.
Upon acceptance, we will invite participants to register for the conference. We will send a final acceptance letter post-payment. (Note: We will share the letter two weeks before the conference).
