Sanjay Bhatnagar, the Registrar at Anant National University, is dedicated to delivering a seamless academic experience for the diverse community of students, faculty and staff. He ensures that all operations are conducted in accordance with established regulatory standards, fostering an environment that supports educational excellence and institutional integrity.

He holds a Master’s in Science (MSc Geology) from the University of Rajasthan and an MBA (Management of Professional Services) conducted by the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia (APESMA), Deakin University and La Trobe University with collaborative support in India from the Educational Consultants India Ltd (EdCIL) and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

Before joining Anant, Sanjay worked as a University Registrar at Plaksha University, Punjab. He has been in the higher and technical education sector since 1994 and has been the University Registrar/Chief Administrative Officer since 2004.

He has worked with several reputed organisations like the Physical Research Laboratory (PRL) Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM) Gwalior, Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, Nalanda University and Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and Management (IITRAM), Ahmedabad.

Sanjay possesses a deep interest in and significant expertise in several key areas, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Human Resources (HR), Executive Education and Campus Management.
