Milind Chitale pursued his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.Engg.) from National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur and his postgraduate studies in Industrial Design (M.Des.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He has also pursued a diploma in management from Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur.

Professor Chitale has vast experience as an academic and professional and has spent the past 14 years in Singapore working with the Research & Development teams of several multinational companies.

Milind Chitale is an Associate Professor and the Director of Makerspace at Anant National University. Skilled in product design and mechatronics, Professor Chitale pursues R&D in this area with his students and his team at Makerspace. An avid thinker and tinkerer, he is passionate about the work in the field of mechanics, robotics and renewable energy.
