Lise is a globally acclaimed Executive Coach, who has held Chief of Staff positions in the President’s and CFO/COO’s offices of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and led the creation of EBRD’s first ever Organisational Design function. She has been working on change management, organisational design and development since 2013. Currently, she is working as a freelance Executive Coach at ProFound Consulting, an organisation that creates individualised, bespoke coaching packages depending on your unique needs. Lise and her team focuses on three elements of change management – leading self, leading others and leading change. Lise is a French national, was raised in Germany and subsequently lived in Russia and the UK. Currently, she lives in Switzerland with her husband and their three children.
