An architect, Kavita Pradhan is an alumnus of Pillai College of Architecture, Mumbai University. She has completed her postgraduation in architecture from Virginia Tech, USA.
Kavita worked in the USA for two years and later with Mathew and Ghosh Architects in Bangalore. She started her practice in architecture and interior designing and taught at the LISAA School of Design in Bangalore as a visiting faculty. She has worked as an Associate Professor of Architecture at Pillai College of Architecture, University of Mumbai, for six years. She was also a visiting faculty at Anant National University.

Kavita’s subjects of interest range from building construction, materials to history of architecture and have taught these for several years. She is passionate about the ‘quality of education’ and has published essays and papers in architectural education domains. She has nearly two decades of experience of practice in architecture and interior design and has worked on various typologies of projects of varied scales.
