Ashita Mishra comes with close to 5 years of work experience in the development space. After Finishing her BE in Electronics and Communication from Bhopal, She started her career in the Ed. space as a Teach for India fellow in 2014 where she was working on improving the educational landscape by working with local govt., executing projects and full time teaching in a low-income government school at Yerwada, Pune. She later worked in the Ministry of Transport, Govt of NCT Delhi on revamping the Bus Marshal Scheme, Govt of NCT, Delhi and on a road safety policy for Delhi. She also worked briefly as an incubation manager for AIC-AARTECH, supported by NITI Aayog to support startups. Her interest to work in a challenging environment and places not on maps led her to work as a Consultant, Teach for India – District administration in an LWE affected area in Chattisgarh. She has been working with AnantU since last one and half years. She is deeply connected to the idea of using solutionary approach to solve different development sector challenges and is inspired and aspired to work with interventions lie at intersections of strategy, policymaking and community building. Her interest is in understanding the big picture and identifying unique and creative ways to bring that picture to life in any development space challenges.
