Mr Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Vice-Chairman, Bharti Enterprises, and Mr Ajay Piramal, President, Anant National University, visited Anant. Mr Mittal interacted with Anant students and innovators/start-ups incubated by Aarambh Incubation Centre. Dr Pramath Raj Sinha, Founding Provost, Anant National University, was also present at the occasion.
A total of 12 student innovators/start-ups presented their cutting-edge ideas, with four already having registered their start-ups. These innovations address different pressing issues such as climate change, sexual harassment in the workplace and health, wellness and safety.
Talking to the students, Mr Mittal said that he was impressed with their innovations and encouraged them to think big and pursue their dreams. He also encouraged them to develop sustainable and affordable solutions, keeping rural India and its aspirations in mind.
