Shahar Sanskriti Aur Sawaal is a documentary short film set in Ujjain that captures the city’s culture and customs during the festivals of Mahashivratri and Holi. The film explores the traditions and rituals of these events while also questioning the growing difference between authentic, evolving culture and the emergence of pseudo-culture. It also examines how modern influences and the performance of rituals are reshaping how these ancient festivals are experienced and understood.
