Yogendra Singh Jadav has around 10 years of experience in HR. He has been associated with Anant National University for about 7 years. His expertise lies in handling the employee payroll system, recruitment, performance management system, internal and external HR communications, and the drafting and revising of HR policies. 

At Anant, Yogendra oversees HR operations, including payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement with all necessary deductions and taxes. He manages the recruitment process and statutory compliance and organises events and other employee engagement activities. Yogendra also maintains HR data, manages the HRMIS and ensures the smooth operation of the ERP system, addressing employee queries and facilitating updates.

He graduated with a degree in Commerce from Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), Udaipur. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with dual specialisations in HR and Marketing from Pacific University, Udaipur.

Prior to joining Anant, Yogendra worked with international recruitment consulting firms, where he was responsible for overall HR operations and assisted international clients with end-to-end recruitment for various positions across approximately 80 industries.

Yogendra holds an NCC ‘C’ certificate with Alpha Grading and has attended various national camps across India. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys playing acoustic and percussion instruments and listening to a wide range of musical genres. Additionally, he is a passionate sports enthusiast, having represented his university in state-level tournaments in volleyball, basketball and handball.
