At Anant, his role involves assisting the Chief of Examinations (COE) and the Deputy Chief of Examinations in executing all tasks related to data and results associated with the examination process. Additionally, he develops and maintains formula sheets to automate calculations related to examinations, thereby improving efficiency and reducing the potential for errors.

Hrishikesh served as a senior HR admin executive at a finance company, overseeing the onboarding process and MIS reports within the HR department. Additionally, he has 3 years of experience as an HR-Admin Executive in an IT company.

In his leisure time, he is interested in learning various Microsoft Excel formulas to enhance his knowledge and aims to acquire more technical skills to simplify data-related tasks.
