Diane Binder is a social entrepreneur, renowned for her extensive international experience in corporate environments, development
organizations, and NGOs, with a primary focus on the Mediterranean region and Africa. Throughout her career, Binder has been instrumental in forging public-private relationships to drive solutions that promote urban resilience, climate adaptation, and the preservation of natural capital. As the founding
partner and CEO of Regenopolis, an international initiative dedicated to
catalyzing regenerative cities in Africa, she has been a driving force behind innovative and sustainable urban development. Prior to this, she held the position of Senior Vice President of international development at SUEZ. Binder serves as a member of the French Presidential Council for Africa, President and co-founder of Action Emploi Réfugiés, and also holds the title of ‘Young Global Leader’ at the World Economic Forum.
