Varad Pande is a Partner and Director at BCG, where his areas of focus include climate finance, adaptation and resilience, and digital public goods for climate. Formerly, he was Partner, Impact, Sustainability, and New Initiatives at Omidyar Network.

He is a sustainability leader who has, over the last 20 years, worked across climate policy as a Ministerial Advisor (in the Ministries of Environment & Forests and Rural Development), climate investing, and grant-making at a global impact investor and as a climate strategy consultant to companies, foundations, and countries.

Varad has an MPA/ID from Harvard, a Masters from University of Cambridge, and a BA from St Stephens College, Delhi.
