Shlagha Chaubey

Shlagha Chaubey, a Graduate of the Class of 2024 with Transdisciplinary Design as major, designs a collection of poems and stories that would help others connect with sustainable living.

The objective was to stand against multiple malpractices of exploitation and unsustainable processes in this glamorous world. Under the mentorship of Prof Risha Roy, Associate Professor and Lead, Sustainable Fashion and Textile Design, School of Design, Shlagha designed Metamorphosis, reflections as poems and stories that would help others connect with and metamorphose into people living sustainable lives to serve the purpose.

Hailing from Patna, Shlagha chose to work and research with a not-for-profit organisation on keeping fashion beautiful through sustainable and respectful ways of its workers.
