Dhwani Dabhi, a Graduate of the Class of 2024 with Space Design as major and Furniture Design as minor, designs an experiential dining space for sattvic food.
The objective was to design a Sattvic café that embodies Ayurvedic principles. Under the mentorship of Prof Sangramsinh Parmar, Associate Professor and Lead, Space Design, School of Design, Dhwani designed an experiential dining space for sattvic food by integrating Ayurvedic principles into modern interior design to serve the purpose.
Hailing from Ahmedabad, Dhwani created environments that enhance holistic well-being and balance in today’s fast-paced lifestyles.
Dhwani is currently pursuing her Master’s in Interior Design at CEPT University.
