Anant National University, India’s first DesignX university, is dedicated to training students to devise solutions for global problems through creative thinking.

About (Department)

The Career Services Office (CSO) supports students in finding suitable opportunities as they graduate from Anant. The CSO facilitates interaction between academia and industry to provide greater exposure to students and create opportunities for real-world learning through classroom projects, industry projects, internships and training. The CSO strives to help prospective employers and students find a mutual fit.

Required Education qualifications:

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Prepare placement-related documents, such as, feedback forms, and presentations etc.
  • Handle routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and correspondence related to placement activities.
  • Ensure that all placement-related data is stored securely and updated regularly.
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters by facilitating their visit to the campus for interviews and selection processes.
  • Ensure all necessary arrangements (e.g., interview rooms, technical equipment, and refreshments) are in place for recruitment process.
  • Maintain an updated database of companies, industry contacts, and available job positions.
  • Ensure accurate records of placed and unplaced students. Update and manage the database of students’ placement statuses, recruiter feedback, and placement outcomes.
  • Prepare reports from time to time as required by the placement team.
  • Assist in organizing placement-related events, such as job fairs, seminars, guest lectures, and networking sessions.
  • Ensure all logistical aspects of events are well-managed, including venue arrangements, participant coordination, and promotional materials.
  • Handle event registrations and ensure smooth operations during events.

Key Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in office administration or placement-related functions is a plus.
