Anant National University, India’s first DesignX university, is dedicated to training students to devise solutions for global problems through creative thinking.

About (Interaction Design):

This programme is for students who want to understand the mechanics of the interaction between systems and users. They develop the ability to holistically improve the user experience and learn techniques to identify their needs through proper research tools and scientific consumer analysis.

Students use tools and concepts to test the utility of products, explore fundamentals of digital project management and critical analysis of a digital product. Students undertake a portfolio project, which is the key highlight of this programme, to implement their classroom learning in real-life.

Required Education Qualification and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing academic and/or professional design work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows Office applications and Google workplace etc.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Assist in tracking student attendance and academic performance.
  • Support students with assignments, projects, exhibitions, and exam preparations (including juries).
  • Reinforce lessons by reviewing material and clarifying concepts with students.
  • Help develop course content including assignments, question papers, and grading rubrics.
  • Evaluate student submissions, assist in grading, and support exam coordination.
  • Manage and update online course platforms (e.g., Academia, Google Classroom).
  • Set up and maintain digital classroom environments using Google tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for faculty and with parents/guardians when required.
  • Maintain records of departmental resources, student data, and academic event timelines.
  • Document and archive minutes of all academic and administrative meetings.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Classroom) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
