Academic Associate
The Academic Associate will work under the direction of the academic head to assist with the planning and execution of the semester. Ideal candidates for this position will have a bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years’ work experience. They will work closely with students and professors to ensure a high quality teaching and learning environment. Additionally, they will get to design extracurricular workshops, manage special projects, and develop learning tools for students. Further, ideal candidates will be compassionate, strong communicators, highly organized, and have a passion for excellence in education.
Primary responsibilities will include:
■ Working closely with the Academic head in order to support University policy, process and template definition and implementation.
■ working closely with faculty in course preparation, grading pattern, and communicating with students.
■ Leading change initiatives to create a high quality teaching and learning environment.
■ Managing online portal for course information, attendance, assignments, etc.
■ Managing student and faculty queries to closure.
■ Designing and delivering a workshop on a topic of personal interest and expertise.
■ Presenting to students on University updates.

■ Bachelor’s degree required, postgraduate degree preferred, in any field.
■ About 2 to 5 years of work experience after completing bachelor’s degree.
■ Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
■ Ability to work independently.
■ Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Working hours are 9am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
