About School for Climate Action

The office of the Anant Fellowship for Climate Action manages the academic, finance, community
relations and logistics of the programme. The primary functions of the office include offering the
best learning to fellows to enable them to make desired impact on society.

Desired Educational Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Education, Administration, Environment or a related field.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Academic coordination at the school: Coordinate across faculty members and students for
ensuring the smooth functioning of the BTech and Fellowship programs on a day to day
basis.

Academic coordination between the climate school and other schools at Anant: Preparing documents and approvals for various university level governance meetings and
ensuring timely submission.

Admissions support: Coordinate BTech admissions end to end including lead generation, applications, interviews, candidate engagement, parent engagement, student/parent visit, to student onboarding.

Faculty support: Provide support to faculty in setting the timetable, instructional design, teaching methodologies, and curriculum alignment.

Compliance lead: Be the nodal point of contact to matters related to ACPC, AICTE, UGC and all other government and academic compliance created organisations.

Administrative coordination: Collaborate with various departments for scheduling, resources allocation, and logistical support, including the organization of events and visits.

Student support  Assist in student academic advisement, program orientation, and support services.

Quality assurance: Implement assessment strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Stakeholder engagement and outreach: Liaise with external partners, industry
professionals, and accrediting bodies to enhance program relevance and maintain standards.
