About Office of Information Technology:

The IT department is responsible for the provision of hardware and software services. Hardware services include the provision and maintenance of Wi-Fi, CCTV, computers, printers, etc. Software services include the automation of business processes, such as procurement and inventory, admissions CRM, website, etc..

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or Above

Minimum 7 Years in the relevant field

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Maintain and control computer networks and associated computing environments like software for systems, software applications, equipment (laptop/desktop/workstation), and configurations.
  • Manage all aspects of the placements and internship recruitment on campus,including communications and outreach, handling grievances, managing external
    relationships, and planning and implementing orientations and workshops.
  • Data, applications, and hardware are protected by organizing, preparing, and enforcing network security measures.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving hardware, software, and other issues affecting the network and device.
  • Should handle any issues related to Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks, and Network segments.
  • Maintains operating systems, business applications, security tools, web-servers, email, laptop, and desktop PCs.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
  • Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
  • Monitoring and maintaining network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways and intrusion detection systems..
