Anant National University, India’s first DesignX university, is dedicated to training students to devise solutions for global problems through creative thinking.

About (Department)

The Career Services Office (CSO) supports students in finding suitable opportunities as they graduate from Anant. The CSO facilitates interaction between academia and industry to provide greater exposure to students and create opportunities for real-world learning through classroom projects, industry projects, internships and training. The CSO strives to help prospective employers and students find a mutual fit.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Develop and execute an annual strategy to achieve the overall objective of the Career Service Office.Coordinate and execute placement-related activities, including job fairs, interviews, company visits, and networking events workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various career-related topics, such as resume writing, interview techniques, and networking strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and alumni to understand their hiring needs and promote collaboration.
  • Assist students in creating professional profiles, cover letters, and portfolios.
  • Generate reports on placement success rates, student feedback, and employer engagement.
  • Utilize the alumni network to connect students with mentors, job referrals, and industry insights.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent and cohesive career services across the institution.
