Desired Educational Qualification
PhD in economics, urban studies, econometrics, behavioural economics, development economics or similar fields OR a Masters with extensive academic research and teaching experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Leading and publishing research related to affordable housing, affordable healthcare, and sustainable development.
Teaching relevant courses across UG, Masters, PhD programs.
Project management of large scale applied research projects.
Writing grant applications.
Area of Expertise/ Skills
Experience in urban studies, data science, data analysis and modelling.
Experience in implementing theoretical and empirical research.
Demonstrated experience in managing large budget research projects and applied research projects.
Ability to manage budgets and payments for projects.
