Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Master’s degree will be an added benefit.

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing outreach and admissions in the education sector

  • Manage a team to identify schools / colleges / institutions / communities and reach them for sessions about AnantU’s programmes

  • Managing and leading Campus Leaders Programmes

  • Managing digital marketing campaigns

  • Conducting online/offline sessions with prospective students

  • Participate in events and education fairs

  • Collating leads and processing them for follow-ups

  • Managing retention events for AnantU’s programmes


  • Coordinate with Faculty to curate panels for interviews

  • Conduct an initial review of candidates before interviews

  • To counsel UG and PG students telephonically and handle walk-ins (Campus visits)

  • Advise students on the application process and ensure complete coordination for the admission process

  • Managing and analysing student data

  • Managing students’ document verification

  • Fee Tracking and Coordination

  • Lead Management (knowledge of LMS) and managing software related to admissions

  • Good programme management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to think critically and be self-driven

  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is mandatory

  • Should be good with Counselling
