Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Master’s degree will be an added benefit.
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing outreach and admissions in the education sector

Outreach
Manage a team to identify schools / colleges / institutions / communities and reach them for sessions about AnantU’s programmes
Managing and leading Campus Leaders Programmes
Managing digital marketing campaigns
Conducting online/offline sessions with prospective students
Participate in events and education fairs
Collating leads and processing them for follow-ups
Managing retention events for AnantU’s programmes
Admissions
Coordinate with Faculty to curate panels for interviews
Conduct an initial review of candidates before interviews
To counsel UG and PG students telephonically and handle walk-ins (Campus visits)
Advise students on the application process and ensure complete coordination for the admission process
Managing and analysing student data
Managing students’ document verification
Fee Tracking and Coordination
Lead Management (knowledge of LMS) and managing software related to admissions
Good programme management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think critically and be self-driven
Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is mandatory
Should be good with Counselling
