The office of Finance manages and helps with maintaining the financial balance of the university. The major functions of the Office of Finance includes, planning the financial budgeting for the university and make sure that the expenses are as per the planned budget, bill and expense processing and their payments, assisting in internal audits on timely basis taxation.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an added benefit.

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in a financial aid role, preferably in an education management.

  • Develop and update financial aid policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to students and their families on all aspects of financial aid.
  • Determine student eligibility for financial aid based on established guidelines and regulations.
  • Review and process financial aid applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial aid department.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of financial aid funds.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial aid regulations and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a financial aid role, preferably in an education management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial aid regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of scholarship programmes and alternative financing options is a plus.
