  • Prof. Bhaskar Bhatt, Director – School of Design
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Business Administration, Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in relevant field
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate records of student information, including enrolment, grades, attendance, and personal details.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Academia Portal (ERP); Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP.
  • Generate and provide regular reports on student data to academic and administrative departments to support decision-making.
  • Continuously review and improve data management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement automation where feasible to streamline data-related tasks.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support university-wide initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Especially MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
