Anant National University, India’s first DesignX university, is dedicated to training students to devise solutions for global problems through creative thinking.

About Media and Communication

Media and Communication office is responsible for all communication, textual and visual, that the University carries out in its name. It leads to develop the University as a brand in the design education space, communicate developments in the university through various platforms like newsletter, mass media, conduct effective public relations, be the custodian of all communication
that is carried out in the name of the university.

Required Educational Qualification

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Strategy Development

  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Anant's overall goals.
  • They identify target audiences, analyse market trends, and choose the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential audience.

 

Brand Management

  • Ensure the consistent use of the university's branding guidelines in all communications.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the niversity's brand image.

 

Content Creation and Management

  • Create and curate content for the university's website, social media channels, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
  • Maintain and update content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

 

Social Media Management

  • Manage the university's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.

 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring search engine algorithm changes.

 

Event Promotion

  • Promote university events, lectures, workshops, and other activities through various communication channels.

 

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor the performance of communication efforts and use data analytics to make informed decisions and improvements.

 

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with various university departments, faculty, and staff to gather information and promote university initiatives effectively.
