AnantU is looking for a solution oriented, dynamic practitioner well-versed with admissions, marketing and outreach to lead the external engagement vertical.

    • As Lead, Admissions and External Engagement, the individual

 

    will:

  • Lead the Admissions and External Engagement team and
    act as the first point of contact for the preparation,
    implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive
    student recruitment plan for all academic programmes
  • Devise user friendly and appropriate application forms
    and admissions processes
  • Set annual admissions targets and support students
    through the application process
  • Facilitate and foster connections between all
    stakeholders and forge partnerships and collaborations
    with institutions and agencies of global repute
  • Work with the Financial Aid Committee in awarding need-based scholarships
  • Manage various marketing and outreach efforts of the
    University
  • Maintain insight reports related to admissions, marketing
    and outreach
  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented
    mindset and ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Effective and proven interpersonal and communication
    skills
  • Skilled in operations and procedures, formulating
    policies, developing and implementing new strategies
  • Knowledge of budget preparation, cost estimating,
    monitoring, fiscal management principles and
    procedures
