At the heart of facilitating a fulfilling student experience at Anant lies the Office of Student Services (OSS). It aims to establish an environment where every student feels nurtured, cared for and supported in their personal growth and development journey, while equipping them with skills of empathetic leadership, inclusiveness, collaboration, critical problem-solving and effective communication. This is broadly facilitated through the four service units of the OSS operations: Student Campus Life, Student Residence Life, Co-Curricular and Support Services as well as Health, Wellness and Safety

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  1. Crafting posters and illustrations for Office of Student Services (OSS) initiatives.
  2. Designing posters, banners, and other creative materials for campus and hostel events.
  3. Establishing showcase areas such as “stars of the month” displays.
  4. Assisting in executing creative initiatives like graffiti, wall art, murals, and hostel naming projects.
  5. Designing collaterals for OSS, including handbooks, policy books, and club information booklets.

Key Skills

  1. Ability to use softwares like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
  2. Strong written communication skills
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Openness to receiving and giving constructive feedback
  5. Good understanding of the student life and Student Services at AnantU
  6. Proficient in meeting deadlines
