Desired Educational Qualification

PhD in economics, urban studies, econometrics, behavioural economics, development economics or similar fields OR a Masters with extensive academic research and teaching experience

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

KRA (Key Responsible Area)

  • Leading and publishing research related to affordable housing, affordable healthcare, and sustainable development.
  • Teaching relevant courses across UG, Masters, PhD programs.
  • Project management of large scale applied research projects.
  • Writing grant applications.

Area of Expertise/ Skills

  • Experience in urban studies, data science, data analysis and modelling.
  • Experience in implementing theoretical and empirical research.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large budget research projects and applied research projects.
  • Ability to manage budgets and payments for projects.
  • Experience in teaching.
  • Experience in writing research proposals.
  • Teaching Experience in Economics.
