Bhawana Sehgal, as the Manager of the Career Services Office at Anant National University, oversees the entire placement process, ensuring students are prepared for their professional journeys. She establishes strong relationships with leading design companies to secure diverse job and internship opportunities. 

At Anant, her commitment includes enhancing students’ skills through counselling workshops and training sessions. Bhawana organises recruitment drives, networking events and career fairs, significantly contributing to successful student placements and supporting the university’s mission to produce industry-ready Dexters.

She graduated from Kanoria College, Jaipur, with a Bachelor’s degree in History, Political Science and English Literature. She then pursued a Master’s in English Literature from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Additionally, she holds a PGDM in Business Management with a specialisation in International Business from the University of Cambridge, UK. She is a certified IELTS, TOEFL and PTE Trainer.

Prior to joining Anant National University, her roles included Manager of Operations at Career Aspirants Academy, where she set up Career Development Cells in multiple colleges and Universities in Gujarat, Rajasthan and MP, and Regional Sales Manager at School D’ Hospitality in Singapore, where she significantly expanded the marketing chain and developed international markets. She also served as General Manager at Shree Education Private Limited, where she managed marketing strategies and staff training.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Bhawana has a diverse range of interests that include reading, photography, cooking and participating in networking events. Additionally, she has represented Rajasthan state in the National Games in Athletics, showcasing her dedication to physical fitness and competitive spirit.
