Nandini Jolly, a Bachelor of Architecture Graduate of the Class of 2024, explores the concept of transparency in architecture.
The objective was to decode the metaphysical entities in architecture. Under the mentorship of Prof Snehal Nagarsheth, Professor and Dean, School of Architecture, Nandini explored the concepts of physical and conceptual or phenomenal transparency in architecture.
Having roots in Kolkata, Nandini’s thesis aims to understand these concepts of transparency and decode the application of phenomenal transparency in the design of the Mill Owners’ Association Building in Ahmedabad.
