Tanoshii Bento Box for Enriching the Fine Dining Experience with Augmented Reality
Anushka Koli, a Graduate of the Class of 2024 with Interaction Design as a major and Communication Design as a minor, designs a Tanoshii Bento Box to enrich the fine dining experience with Augmented Reality.
Bento B wanted to design an engagement box that enhances the dining experience of the users. Under the mentorship of Prof Bhargav Padhiyar, Assistant Professor, School of Design and sponsored by Bento B, Anushka designed the Tanoshii Bento Box that invites users to embark on a three-dimensional journey using Augmented Reality to serve the purpose.
Hailing from Thane, Anushka designed this box with an AR application that lets diners visualise Bento B’s Japanese cuisine and get acquainted with the rich Japanese culture.
