Graduation in any discipline
Working experience with the University set-up.
Maintaining office files.
Good typing speed.
Maintain calendar and schedule meetings for the Registrar.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and google suite.
Basic ability to resolve MEP issues, administrative, infrastructural and facility issues.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional approach to time and deadlines.
Good verbal and email communication in English and Hindi.
Striking a fine balance between enforcing discipline and supporting and bonding with students.
Good writing skills to capture data, collect feedback, design reports and conduct surveys.
Teamwork, empathy and openness to learn new skills.
Sensitivity to handle confidential and sensitive cases.
Good command over English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Preferable knowledge of Corel draw and designing aspects.
