Graduation or equivalent
Degree in Communication Design or Graphic Design preferred
Should be well versed with Illustrator, Photoshop and other design softwares
8-10 years’ experience in an ad agency, creative agency or design/communication team
Create and design external facing collateral for the university and its various programmes
Understanding design briefs from different stakeholders and delivering them within the deadlines given
To design brochures, posters, social media creatives, presentations and the periodic reports
To help create templates and creatives for ads, flyers, social media, infographics, certificates, event branding etc.
Strengthen the university’s mission to build a global brand
Ensure we communicate with all stakeholders in a simple and effective manner by maintaining brand consistency
Create templates for internal and external communication.
Experience of vendor management
Candidate should be creative and self-motivated
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities
