Head, HR & Administration

  • Under Graduate degree in any domain, preferably management.

  • Master’s degree/professional degree will add weightage to the application

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing store

  • Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Complete store operational requirements
  • Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiate corrective actions
  • Identify current and future consumer requirements
  • Ensure availability of products and services by maintaining inventories
  • Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
  • Maintaining inward and outward registers and ensure logging of all the entries
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • Verify stock, consumables and fixed assets on regular intervals
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to store and submit as and when required
