  • 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Assist the Provost to develop and execute a multi-year objective plan, in line with the University’s development goals and priorities across partnerships, hiring and outreach
  • As Chief of Staff to the Provost, provide leadership and direction for current issues, project management and program development on behalf of the Provost
  • Undertake research-led teaching at the undergraduate level
  • Strong technical, organizational, administrative and communication skills. Familiarity with web- based communications tools.
  • Experience developing strategic plans and vision for initiatives, goal setting, and developing metrics and evaluation tools.
  • Enthusiasm, ability to take initiative, and a broad intellectual background and extra-curricular interests
  • Ability to design, manage and lead program development and operations teams and individuals and to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Skilled in operations and procedures, formulating policies, developing and implementing new strategies.
  • Experienced, skilled, highly effective leader who is able to motivate and manage a diverse staff through outstanding verbal and written communications. Must have demonstrated personal strengths that contribute to a dynamic, innovative and unified organization.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, with constituents at all levels of the university.
