Assist the Provost to develop and execute a multi-year objective plan, in line with the University’s development goals and priorities across partnerships, hiring and outreach
As Chief of Staff to the Provost, provide leadership and direction for current issues, project management and program development on behalf of the Provost
Undertake research-led teaching at the undergraduate level
Strong technical, organizational, administrative and communication skills. Familiarity with web- based communications tools.
Experience developing strategic plans and vision for initiatives, goal setting, and developing metrics and evaluation tools.
Enthusiasm, ability to take initiative, and a broad intellectual background and extra-curricular interests
Ability to design, manage and lead program development and operations teams and individuals and to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to adhere to deadlines.
Skilled in operations and procedures, formulating policies, developing and implementing new strategies.
Experienced, skilled, highly effective leader who is able to motivate and manage a diverse staff through outstanding verbal and written communications. Must have demonstrated personal strengths that contribute to a dynamic, innovative and unified organization.
Candidate must have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, with constituents at all levels of the university.
