About

The Office of Academic Affairs, holds the responsibility for the smooth functioning of academics, introducing new curricular initiatives, designing and reviewing policies related to the University, and developing strategies to ensure efficiency in the administration process across all the departments at the Anant National University.

The Foundation year, Summer School, and Winter School in the Anant National University is led by Prof. Jasmine Gohil Associate Dean Academic Affairs.

The Office of Academic Affairs is the institutional office that oversees a variety of academic programs and departments. The Associate Dean, Academics supports curriculum initiatives, faculty hiring, faculty research, teaching, and all academic programs. Overall, the Office is responsible for implementing and designing policies related to the University, and developing strategies to ensure efficiency in the administration process across departments.

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, management or a related field with a consistent academic record

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

The Administrative Executive in the Academic Affairs Department will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of student management, classroom support, bill processing, student registration, and student data management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, faculty, and administrative staff.

  • Student Registration and Student Data Management – Assist in managing student records and ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Classroom Support – Schedule and coordinate classroom activities and resources. Ensure classrooms are properly set up and equipped for instructional purposes.
  • Bill Processing – Process invoices and bills related to the academic department. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely payments and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports on students and faculty data analysis
  • Record Keeping and data management on Academia portal (ERP)
  • Handling of administrative activities of department
