Dr Indira J. Parikh holds a Doctorate from the Gujarat University and pursued her postgraduate studies in Arts the University of Rochester, New York, USA.

Dr Parikh served as a faculty at IIM-Ahmedabad for over 30 years and was the Dean from 2002 to 2005. She has taught at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (France) and Texas A & M University. She has been a consultant and conducted diagnostic studies for organisations. She has designed and conducted leadership and institution-building programmes in the public and private sectors, and multinational organisations.

Dr Indira Parikh is the President of Antardisha (Directions from Within), a private entity, that creates space for individuals, collectivities, organisations and institutions to discover selves through dialogues, review their past, reflect on the present ‘Here and Now’ and renew for the future. She was the Founder President of FLAME University, Pune from 2005 to 2015, where she played a pivotal role in creating the academic vision of holistic and Liberal Education. Currently, she is the Founder Trustee of DALHAM Foundation.
