Programme Coordinator, Anant Fellowship for Climate Action

Aditi pursued her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a specialisation in Development Communication in print media. She completed her master’s degree in Ecology, Environment and Sustainable Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She also has a Masters’s degree in English Literature.

Given her interest in sustainability and entrepreneurship, she completed a 1-year academic programme from Naropa Fellowship, where she lived in Ladakh to learn, understand and find solutions for the Himalayan Region. Her Live-Action Project focussed on documenting the stories of the land, people and culture of the Himalayan Region.

She has worked on projects related to climate change impact, mitigation and adaptation in the states such as Assam, West Bengal (Sunderban), Ladakh, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. Some of her significant professional contributions include “Creation and implementation of communication strategy for the vulnerable high altitude landscapes for the project, Secure Himalaya”.

Aditi hails from Dehradun. She is an explorer and enjoys reading, singing and dancing. She is a proactive participant and has delivered advisory/consultancy services and capacity-building programmes to many startups and micro-enterprises.
